Through web-based sessions, we will teach you how to meditate. Our objective goes beyond temporary relaxation: the goal is to make fundamental, lasting improvements in your state of mind. Your true happiness is our greatest priority.

 

Meditation is essential for all of us. You can throw away all your negative thoughts, such as anxiety, fear, alienation, procrastination, and avoidance. This method, called Mind Cleansing Meditation, is practiced by many, with excellent results. Online meditation is as effective as in-person meditation. In fact, some people prefer it because it can be practiced easily, anytime and anywhere. Meditation can be as easy as clicking on a Zoom link.

What to expect

 

  • One-on-one live guided meditation. Your guide will promptly contact you to set up a date and time.
  • Next, we will provide you with our daily meditation schedule (see below) and access information to join our live group meditation.
  • Join as often as you wish.
  • Our priority is to help you to get started and advance quickly on your meditation journey.
  • Our guide will support you on your meditation journey and provide personalized one-on-one sessions, as needed.

  2. We will promptly contact you to set up a one-on-one guided meditation session.
  3. Join Our live guided meditation groups anytime. Your guide will give you access information.
  4. We will support you on your meditation journey and track you progress as you advance with our method.

Weekday : 6 times a day, 7am to 9pm
